Description Crohn’s and Colitis Canada promises to find the cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the lives of children and adults affected by these chronic diseases. Camp Got2Go- a one-week overnight summer camp for children and teens living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis- provides campers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact and connect with other kids facing similar challenges.

As Camp Assistant Coordinator, you will provide support to the Camp Coordinator on various tasks, including:
• Serve as a representative of Crohn’s and Colitis Canada and Camp Got2Go
• Assist in communicating with camper parents while at camp
• Assist in communicating with camp staff and volunteers
• Assist in communicating with the nursing staff
• Interact with the campers and serve as a role model
Training Details What we offer:

Timing Anytime
Time Detail Time Commitment:
• Be available on-site for the entire duration of camp, including all days and evenings/nights
• Must be committed to serving for the entire week of August 13-18 inclusively at our campsite in Ayelsford, Nova Scotia
• 1-2 hours of training beforehand
