Impact Statement Tour for Kids is a 2 day charity cycling event in Atlantic Canada. We raise funds and awareness for much needed childhood cancer research and programs. Many of these programs do not receive government funding and must rely on donations such as yours to help sustain them. Did you know, only 3% of cancer investment in Canada goes to paediatric oncology? Your volunteer efforts help children and their families face the life changing and uncertain diagnoses of cancer. Together, we can change the face of childhood cancer in Canada.By volunteering with Coast To Coast you are making a huge difference for kids and their families living with cancer by supporting our events and helping them come to life. Our events can't happen without you!
Description Tour for Kids is a 2 day charity cycling event in Atlantic Canada July 27-28. We raise funds and awareness for much needed childhood cancer research and programs.Volunteer Roles include- Registration, Rest Stop Support, Truck Drivers, logistics, concierge, and more. When you register at you can pick the role you are interested in! All roles are a great opportunity to meet new people, try new experiences, and explore new opportunities.
Training Details This event Training and Orientation are provided by Coast To Coast leading up to the event in the form of emails and newsletters as well the night before the event in person so all questions are answered before the event starts.
Working Conditions This is an outdoor event and most of the roles will require you to be outside for most of the day. Room and board is at Acadia University so you are comfortable

Time Detail Volunteers can arrive the night of Friday July 26th, and the event will finish in the late afternoon of the 28th
