Educational Program Innovations Charity
EPIC is a Nova Scotia charity dedicated to the advancement of marginalized youth since 1996. EPIC's Youth Peer Program empowers youth volunteers to achieve magical impact in weekly 2-hour tutor-mentor matches with younger kids who are socially and academically at high risk. Youth Peer has won more national award recognition than any other youth program in Canada. Youth Peer is delivered at Boys & Girls Club in Sackville and in 5 school sites in Cape Breton.
