The Halifax Oyster Festival is a 2 day festival on the Halifax Waterfront celebrating all things BIVALVE. 20 Maritime oyster farms are onsite to shuck and serve the best oysters, um, in the world. The festival is a produced and excuted by the people from The Coast.
