Along the Shore Community Health Board

The Along the Shore Community Health Board is a committed group of volunteers from the western area of Colchester County from Onslow to Five Islands who are working together to improve the health of their community. Community Health Boards support the work of the Nova Scotia Health Authority by advising on local perspectives, trends, issues, and priorities through the development of a community health plan.
