How much is too much? Let’s talk Screening Practices
Screening new applicants is a fundamental first step for any nonprofit organization. But are your screening practices getting in the way of finding new volunteers? Find out how to streamline your application process while still protecting your organization with the appropriate level of screening for various volunteer positions.
This workshop explores the scope of screening practices needed for Volunteers and Employees who are engaged in non-profit organizations. This session will be a discussion of who needs to be protected and how implementing the appropriate screening practices can serve to protect us all. This workshop will also discuss the tools available to assist you in deciding who to screen.
