| Description |
The knowledge of digital technology is critical in helping people with disabilities to stay connected with their loved ones, members of their community or participate in different activities. Unfortunately, with the many different advancements in technology, it can be hard to keep up with and understand how the technology we have, works. Hi, Tech! Volunteers will be matched with individuals to provide them with remote assistance to understand, access and use their technology at a basic level. Roles and Responsibilities: - Contact match by their preferred method of communication - Talk with client to understand their needs and questions - Provide tech support as needed - Follow all program guidelines and boundaries - Ensure proper logging of hours in Volgistics and keep Coordinator up to date on match progress |
